Who we are

By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Orders and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Orders are placed by sending us your basket by email. We reply with payment instructions; a contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is received.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.
- Product photos are illustrative; minor variations in shade may occur between batches and screens.
Delivery
- We deliver across the United Kingdom. Orders over £40 ship free; smaller orders ship from £3.95.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details by email.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
Returns and refunds
- You may cancel your order and return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at … with your order details. We will confirm the return address.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
- Faulty items are covered by our 2-year canopy guarantee: if a frame or seam fails in normal use, we will repair, replace or refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as postal strikes or severe weather — though we appreciate the irony.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
